Refund policy

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product.
  • You receive an incorrect product.
  • The product is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.

Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or worn footwear.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper use.
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless damaged or defective).
  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories.

Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting your returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer or UPI after successful verification.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following situations:

  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Damaged or defective product received.
  • Size exchange (subject to product availability).

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Aabid Fashion Hub will bear the return shipping charges.

For all other eligible returns, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the specified processing time:

  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your payment provider.
  • Contact your bank.
